We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH as prepayment. All order confirmations are initiated from
our email domain, our authenticated PayPal account or in writting from our order processing office. All check payment must be made payable to Kiranzz LLC and must be sent to our processing center. Upon check clearance, we will ship your order. All credit card transactions online are via

Order placed usually is shipped within 3 to 4 business days (occasionally some special items may take up to 3 weeks) upon e-mail confirmation from us. We ship UPS or USPS priority with delivery/signature confirmation (tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as it is available).
We encourage you to shop with one of our partner boutiques in your neighborhood, they each carry a different selection of our products in limited quantities. Have fun shopping!

Many items are regular stock from our inventory and they are not samples. You are offered many options to find what you like and enjoy the beauty of the accessories. They make great gifts for that someone speical.
Jewelry, some of our handbags and shoes come in beautiful pouches. All purchased items are wrapped with care in quality wrapping tissues before shipment.
Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or offer online store credit for any full-price items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Kiranzz LLC within 14 days of the shipping date in good condition, in secure and insured packaging.
Please note that all sales are final on all clearance, final, closeout, special priced, sample sales items. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
All jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, we stand by our jewelry products - 100% satisfaction guanrateed that they are exceptionally beautiful (references from long time patrons are available upon request). We can help arrange cleaning/refitting/repair if necessary for a service charge.
All jewelry receives a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase on craftsmanship. If a peice of jewelry needs to be repaired within the warranty period, there will be no service fee. Please contact us at 817-886-9222 or write us to arrange

Please note that market prices of gemstones and precious metal change daily, some gemstones are of higher value than others. For the same style/design, certain type of gemstone setting may cost more.

Sales tax will be added to the total at checkout for all orders placed by residents of the State of Georgia (GA) and the State of Texas (TX). Other taxes or additional insurance may be applicable. Shipping & handling fees are calculated based on the following:

- Total: 10.00 to 49.99 - S/H: 6.95

- Total: 100.00 to 199.99 - S/H: 12.95
